In nature, plant can use sunlight water, and carbon dioxide to make food, such as sugar, which can provide us energy for daily work. However, it take several months for these plants to make food, and these plants can only make food at specific season. In response to these issues, I am working on an artificial leaf, which has similar functions as the leaves in plant. The target of this research is to produce fuel by using atmospheric CO2, water, and sunlight . Of course, this artificial leaf should be made of cheap material, which allows everyone to use it.
