  Hopefully it would solve a lot of problems we now have! It would alleviate our dependence on fossil fuels, which could be saved for more important applications where and when they’re needed (we get a lot of chemicals and materials from petroleum), and it would stop the vast production of biofuel from food resources, and we could get food to the people that need it.
