• Question: Why did you choose to help make transport more eco friendly? Why didn't you choose anything else?

      This is one of the biggest problems when you are a scientist – deciding what to work on!

      There are so many great projects and ideas to study and work on when you are a scientist that it’s very hard to choose.

      Whilst I was studying chemistry I found fuels and transport very interesting and so started to learn more about that. Once you start to become interested in something it is easy to spend more and more time on it, especially if you find it interesting and enjoy it! So that’s what happened and now I work with transport and love it!

      I think it is more urgent for transport to be more eco friendly, as the capture of CO2 released from moving vehicles is more difficult.
