Question: You say that you are creating miniature solar cells, what could you power using these? Would it be practical to carry it around, would it be portable?

  We make small solar cells in the laboratory because its easier to make small ones with the equipment that’s in the lab. We make larger solar panels in our test factory.
  
  Solar cells already power portable devices. We had solar powered calculators at school and that was a loooooooooooong time ago.

If they were invented a long time ago then how come you are still working on the solar cells in the lab? Are you trying to improve them?
